Deborah S. Griffin, DMD, LLC

Dr. Deborah Griffin is originally from Hamden, Connecticut, and became interested in orthodontics at age 16 when she had braces.
She graduated from Hamden High School and attended Connecticut College in New London where she was a Zoology major. In 2002, Dr. Griffin began her studies at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During her years as a student, she received many prestigious awards due to her hard work. Dr. Griffin is a lifetime member of the Tufts chapter of the OKU Dental Honor Society, and she graduated first in her class in 2006. Dr. Griffin then remained at Tufts to complete her orthodontic residency.
Upon graduating, she joined Dr. Gange as an associate and practiced alongside him for eight years. She has served as president, vice president, and secretary of the Tolland County Dental SocietyOpens a new window to the website . All of this experience has helped her develop her unique approach to orthodontics.
Dr. Griffin is also an active member of the Central Connecticut Orthodontic Study GroupOpens a new window to the CCOSG website where she enjoys learning about the latest advances in her profession with her peers. By 2016, Dr. Griffin acquired the Vernon location to start her own practice. Here she performs what she loves the most; helping her patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.
Dr. Griffin and her husband, Christopher, reside in Ellington with their sons Drew and CJ, and two pups; Brady, a mini Australian Labradoodle and Latte, a mini Bernedoodle. When she is not working, Dr. Griffin loves spending time with her family, exercising, skiing, catching up with friends and is always down for a Disney discussion!
